Today’s word of the day is Grudge. What does the word Grudge mean to you ? Who does a Grudge truly hurt? Can one inflict pain on someone inadvertently by holding a Grudge?

God never waste an experience. Romans 8:28 reminds us. Who we are is Loving Children of God that should not be resented. Who are we to reject and/or resent ourselves? We are wonderfully ,fearfully and Beautifully created , if we reject and/or resent ourselves are we not doing the same or worse to God?

We have no need to treat ourselves with resentment or reject ourselves this includes not accepting who we are and contorting into what ever position or skin we feel like we need to fit in . Fact , we do fit in with the one that matters. We fit as we were created and for our intended Purpose not as someone else and/or to live behind a mask. No need he sees all and knows all despite our wrongs Loves us. There is absolutely no need for you to alter your being for Him or You. Embrace who you are , Find out who you are . Don’t contort yourself for no one Including yourself to be something you are not . Be You! Accept You ! Love You! Work on You! What happens when you try and put the wrong size tire on a vehicle? If you Force yourself to do something you really don’t want/ or know you shouldn’t? Be You! Embrace You! Find You , not someone else you. You ,the person that is with you when you run down a hall and of course your Higher Power is there as well . Please write down one thing you like about you, then expand on it . Now , the work write down one thing you don’t like about you and write three facts to support it ? The Facts can only come from you for you and no one else but God . Not what others think and/or said. You! Now get to work. If you cannot find one thing you like and dislike about yourself ask yourself am I being completely honest with myself ? Love You all .
