Good afternoon. Well it’s Think About Yourself Thursday again. Today if you would take the time take out a piece of paper or write it up on a computer, phone, etc and write down everything you accomplished in 2023. Please take a non- judgmental, non-personal basis look at it. Nothing is to small or wrong, if it comes to mind write it down. Even if you consider it a little step or progress towards a step. When you are done and you can & should certainly add to it, read it out loud to yourself . You accomplished all that and without a doubt so much more! Was it easy No without pain No. Did you do it 100%. Please put this somewhere where you can reference it at later time. Now write down what you would like to accomplish in 2024 but use caution while doing this don’t go to far in the future maintain the present moment. If you can not stay in the present and/or it causes distress leave it for a later time but also know you are not alone and your Higher Power already knows and sees all, even if we can’t or simply just won’t. We will be given choices with the plans and he no doubt has a plan A, B, C etc for us when we pick D when the preferred route was B. Hope you all have a Blessed day. God, when the troubles of my heart are many—You are still faithful. When I am tired, overwhelmed, burnt out, or grieving—Your love still covers me. Holy God and righteous Father, please bless me as I seek to discern your will in my decisions today. I recognize that each breath that I take is a gift and that each success is because of your grace. Please use me to your glory and help me find your path for my life. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
