Good afternoon everyone. Hope this is finding you all well . I did not get a pod cast done last night secondary to being exhausted after the hospital. I will be doing one today. Hopefully you all extended and/or accepted an invite to be in Community during the holidays. It is so important that are in Community the way we were created to be . Did you get a chance to listen to the pod cast on surviving the holidays with Robin? What are your plans for the upcoming New Year? One major thing is we need to show Gratitude for everything we have went through the good ,bad, ugly, pain and everything in between . Each one of those moments whether we realize it or not have rounded us into who we are today. Not happy where you are ? Go to your Higher Power and do the work. The work absolutely will not do itself, like that darn book won’t read itself. How do you start your day regardless of the hour? What is one thing you can do and stick to it every morning to show Your Higher Power first and foremost Gratitude and at the same time yourself? If you don’t have a Higher Power right now do the work and find one that works for you. Regardless of if we feel we have one or not it is always there. I am extremely grateful for mine The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit He has once again shown through for my family this afternoon. Please don’t isolate yourself reach out, time to yourself and to truly listen is one thing but isolation is a whole other. If you find this XZY thing is happening and there is no longer anyone in my life I can talk to about it , that person is no longer in my life. Try this pause a moment and then talk to your Higher Power about what is concerning you in the same way you would have that other person. Then ask yourself do I need that other person to go to talk about things or maybe just possibly I never had to go to them all along the answer and one that will truly listen was there the whole time without judgement? Love you all . Please be kind to one another including yourself and come from a place of Love .

God, I trust that You are always with me. Even when I’m experiencing challenging circumstances, I can find peace in knowing You are close. With You, I can be strong and courageous. Thank You for being my guide and protector.
