Good evening all . Today’s Word of the day is challenge. What does the word Challenge mean to you? Can one Challenge their thoughts? Is it possible to make a Challenge positive?
Below are a couple valuable scriptures for your arsenal:
“And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope.”
Romans 5:3-4 NKJV
“For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
Jeremiah 29:11 AMP
“The Lord is my light and my salvation— so why should I be afraid? The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble?”
Psalms 27:1 NLT
We will go through Trials and Tribulations during this life without a question in fact we are told we will . However, we are also told that we are not left alone. Scripture also reminds us that our Trials and Tribulations build Character. We know there is something positive that will come out of whatever we are encountering, even if we can’t see it right away. Knowing that regardless of the Pain, Grief, Agony something positive potentially well beyond our comprehension will come out of it we approach it from a positive perspective. Because after all we know it’s there. What if instead of looking at as a problem it was more viewed as a challenge? Truth to be told do we know the problem we are experiencing is a season we need to go through to Build our Character and meet the Challenge. Is it possible the only way we would be brought through to the challenge is by creating the problem? Don’t get me wrong I do not believe he creates problems to harm us not at all but that they are created to further our growth and development. I know for me I try to take the wheel sometimes without even realizing it and he has to remind me he has the wheel and follow his direction and when I don’t there is road construction, obstacles if you will that give me the opportunity to take the correct detour and get back on track. So, the next time you encountering a problem/concern what if you tried to find something positive about it? It’s there step out and look at as what could possibly be positive about this situation right now? Then ask what this problem/concern is trying to tell me. In addition to that and/or if you can’t find anything positive in it, how about taking the stance of how I turn XYZ into a challenge to work for me . You are exhausting a lot of energy on the problem and what is that truly doing? Versus how can I make this problem a challenge? Embrace don’t run from it after all what good will it do. Have a Beautiful evening. Love yourself and each other. I Love you all , even those I have not met yet, why We were born out of Love and created to share it with our brothers and sisters.
Thank you so much this was a wonderful reading.
