How Does One Heal

Good evening. Hope you have been enjoying your Sunday. Were you in Community today ? Regardless of how you answer that you are now .

Today’s word of the day is Healing.

What does Healing mean to you ? How do you start the process ? How do you know if you need to Heal from something? How do you know you are Healing? Can you Heal and Hurt at the same time ? Does one have to go through pain to Heal? How do you explain the process of Healing to someone? How do you know someone is Healing? How do you express to someone you can see they are Healing even if they can’t. Do we ever fully Heal? Do we open ourselves back up after the Healing has treated the wound? Is it possible to ripthe scab off of what is Healed ? How do we know what the process is from Hemorrhage- Direct Pressure- Pressure Dressing – Scab – Scar? Could we possibly need a tourniquet If we lift it up to look and /or rip the scab off completely ? What is the process of applying a tourniquet if we allow the wound to Hemorrhage again ? What is the equivalent of a Tourniquet for your Emotional wound ? Who sees all your Wounds , Hemorrhages, Scabs , Scars? Who knows your wounds and the depth of them far better than you? Who can start the First Aid process and ver possibly call EMS for transportation to definitive care ?

What is the Greatest Energy Source in the world starts with an L? It is so important to take the assistance that is sent to you after you request it and do what you are guided to do .

This may include but not limited to being in Community with others for Hemorrhage control and who knows you just might lean over and show someone how to start the process of applying a pressure dressing.

Today, I will ask for, and accept, the healing energy from God and the Universe. I will let it flow to me, through me, and back out to others. I am part of, and at one with, the continuous cycle of healing.

Where are you in the Continous Cycle of Healing ? Have you started the Continous Cycle of Healing yet? Never too late . Sometimes we have to give off another Cycle we may not even realize we are part of to get to Continous Cycle of Healing?
