Have a Blessed High Five Friday in Abundance

Good Afternoon . It’s High Five Friday. Here , how it goes if you are not familiar. First locate your closest mirror preferably with a door that closes next look in the mirror and give yourself a High Five and smile which will probably happen involuntarily like when you were a child . Look at Yourself in the mirror during this process being fully present in the moment and tell yourself you love you . Repeat and tell your Higher Power you Love them . Then open the door and exit the room . How did it make you feel ? Now go share this process with someone else to let them know you see them and they are Loved .

Today’s Word of the Day is Abundance . What does the word Abundance mean to you ? What do you have an Abundance of?

The question below was sent to me this morning in response to the writing from Yesterday. Following the question is my response I felt the drive to share with you all.

How did you become so full of Love ?

Through the Lord first . The Group/Family back when it was Bob’s original group , Community,Work , work . Reading , meetings , being an active participant in the meetings . Vulnerability as we learn through the Lord and carry out in Community. It was there all of along and still is even if we don’t recognize/ acknowledge it . Bible , meditation. Sitting here writing this I would say the most important is I surrendered. This does not mean it’s not a battle at times . Progress not Perfection and after all it’s right there . Recognition of Love was and still is hard and living , breathing process because of what we are expected to be by ourselves and/ or others that can & some will hurt us including ourselves. It is still hard at times to get by when someone utilized the Word all the time for all of their own personal gain and excuses. I say they utilized the word and some have and/ or will weaponize it against us it but their actions do not display Love , whether we can now and/or could see it at the time .Others Actions and possibly our own when the word is weaponized against us for personal gain are anything but Love . Love was and is meant to be shared not to be utilized to manipulate, isolate, traumatize and/ or hurt ourselves or others . Love is not meant to be hidden or suppressed from others and/ ourselves. Love is a Beautiful thing and Love is the reason I can write this and you we can have this conversation.

No where does it say to be utilized as weapon against us for Manipulation, Abuse, Isolation, Seclusion. Nope not there . Not for others to weaponize against us and/ or ourselves.

Do you Love yourself? Well we all know you do because you were created out of it and is always there. Do you recognize it ? Well only you can answer that yourself through your actions.Because I assure you that He and others see the Love in you , even if you don’t and/or cant see it. It’s Progress not perfection.
