Happy Thanksgiving to those of you celebrating it today . I know folks from other countries read and listen as well but they still have something they can be grateful for . Well thank you all for being here and reading this today . First and Foremost today we need to find Gratitude for what our Higher Power has provided us or has not which was a real gift even if we didn’t see it at the time . I am Grateful for you all that I am privileged to share this message with you . There is Always something to be Grateful for if we just look for it , it’s there . Today you may be work at home or somewhere else . Be Grateful for where you are right now . Could it get better where you are right now ? very possibly but it could also be much worse than where you are right now Without a question. You were Blessed to be right where you are right now and it took work on your part congratulations. Did you have to do the work ? Nope but you did for you!Your Higher Power was there just waiting. Congratulations, on doing the Work, Congratulations on showing Gratitude for where you are right now. This may be a difficult time for some folks but again I go back to regardless of the circumstance there is always something to be Grateful for . That Circumstance has made you who you are today and you continue to do the work . For those of you celebrating Thanksgiving after a loss regardless of what it looks like right now and I know this doesn’t make it easier but know something better is going to come out of the circumstance. You are not going through the circumstance for no reason and if the stop sign looks familiar it is probably because you have been there before and depending on your choices very well may end up at it again . Please know you are not alone . Today if you can and your Boundaries allow (if you don’t have boundaries they are something to think about possibly and evaluate in more detail) try and be in Community in a Healthy Environment wether that be be in person, phone, text, Zoom however you can and express something you are grateful for. This morning right away I did a very brief pod cast on Happy Thanksgiving and will be doing a more detailed one later today . The one right away this morning was to Stress -Gratitude, You are Not Alone , You are Worthy, You are enough and to ask if you would consider being in Community today if possible but also to let you know you can reach out on the phone number on the website and/or email and of course for those of you with the other phone number it is always available as well . Why is that an option and why did I do that pod cast so early this morning?because you matter and you are not alone . We Love You and Wish You a Happy Thanksgiving. Please share the day with someone because you are 100 worthy and so are they . If you see a stranger including on the street corner and it is safe to do so please tell them Happy Thanksgiving and that they are Loved. A Short Thanksgiving Prayer Before the Meal

God, we thank you for the blessing and joy of family. Thank you for those who are gathered with us today and those who are far away. May we all see the many ways you provide for us, comfort us and protect us. Bless this food to make us healthy and strong. Amen.

Gracious and loving God, we come before You with hearts filled with gratitude. Your steadfast love endures forever, and we are reminded today to give thanks to You, for You are good. In moments of joy and times of trial, Your love remains unwavering. Today, we celebrate your goodness and faithfulness in our lives.

God, I know that You are good and wise. But sometimes it’s hard for me to trust Your plan over my own. Please help me! Take control of my anxious thoughts and fill me with Your wisdom. Thank You that I don’t have to navigate this life alone. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God, You are with me in hard times, and protect me at all times. My future is secure in You because I am Your child. So today, I give my life and my year over to You. Teach me to seek You first this year so that I can embrace the abundant life that You offer me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Dear God, we trust Your Spirit to guide our footsteps to our final destination. Teach us to remain alert so we may minister to others along the way. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Loving God, you have given us gifts to use both for your glory and the wellbeing of others. Help us to know how to serve you and give us the trust we need to know that you are there to help us when we need it. Amen.

I give you thanks for your healing.

I pray for willing hearts within my family, ones that sit solidly with healing. For hardened hearts, soften them, mine included. Lord, you offer forgiveness. May my family and I cling to and offer it freely as you have done for us. Thank you for healing. Thank you, God, for washing my family and me in forgiveness.

We can offer time and talent to a church, or to the community. As long as we are giving whatever we can offer in service to the people, we are offering our gifts to God.
