Good afternoon all. It’s Think About Yourself Thursday . So today we are going to incorporate the Word Of The Day Identity into this. How do you see your true identity to yourself? Be Honest, Open , Transparent with yourself on this . You do t even have to tell anyone and you can tell your Higher Power but he already knows your true identity. Now, you could go to him and ask him what your identity is if you are not sure or just want his view. Then be ready willing , intentional to get the answers for yourself because well they are already there and he knows them . This was definitely a message directly from God and I have no doubt we were all brought to this message today for a reason. Two things that hit home right away were
1. Our loss of identity will cause us to operate from a place of Fear, Insecurity.
When we operate out of loss of identity it may cause us to First Live in a State of Fear, Fight or Flight, Guilt, Shame ,Self- Destructive behaviors, Addictions, Become Soul Sick, Abuse ourselves and others oh yeah and operate from a False Mask.
2. Our true identity is only found in the one that created us . Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
We will create and do anything we feel we need to when we either lose and/or have no concept of our identity. While the whole time covering , creating, hiding, false representation of ourselves, is only making our loss and/or lack there of identity worse. We may feel better momentarily but that feeling is temporary and will need to be maintained ,Can it truly be by repeated behaviors, cycles, rollercoasters? The whole time compounding our loss of identity more every step of the way.
When all of a long our identity has been there with the one that truly matters the whole time . So we cover, run, hide, abuse ourselves to try and find/prove our identity when all along the one we truly need to prove it to , Says no need I know who and what you are , I created you know all your true identity and Love you for it .
No need to try and prove our identity to anyone including us when the one that truly matters knows it better than anyone and Loves us for it!
If we are Not sure what our true identity is ask your Father. And then truly listen. Well I for one needed this today . I Love you all . Have a day filled with Blessings and Love.
Father, thank You for paying the price to pardon my sins. And I confess my need to lay down my pride, by which I have excused and justified my thoughts and actions. Help me to seek You alone as my measure for righteousness, and You alone as my source of goodness. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Calm your heart. Release your anger. Let peace rule your heart. Do not hold onto the sins of your abusers and hold hate in your heart. Jesus grants you peace in your most troubled moments. He grants the Jews, who torments and tortured him up until his death, peace. Our sins were forgiven through Jesus, but do not forget that the Jews’ sins were also forgiven. Do not doubt the love of God. Be faithful to Him and let peace be unto you.
Free yourself from the fear, doubt, and hate that you may hold in your heart. This is not as Jesus would want us to live! He wants to grant us peace, even when we most feel the opposite. He lived and died so that we may live. Honor his life by granting peace to yourself and to those around you. God is good. Thanks be to God. Amen.

God, thank You for choosing me. I am Your special creation. I have been called from darkness to light. I am alive for a divine purpose. My heart is full of gratitude for this incredible gift! Guide my steps as I live for You—a chosen child of the King. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
God, thank You for being my source of freedom! Because of Jesus’ sacrifice, I can experience Your eternal presence—and nothing can separate me from You. Your death and resurrection created a way for me to live a life that’s defined by Your freedom. So today Lord, please show me that You are near. Create in me a deep desire to draw closer to You at all times. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
God, You understand every hardship I face because You go through it with me. That’s why I know that nothing is impossible for You. You are my source of strength and protection. You comfort me, guide me, and restore me. That’s why I can say with confidence, “I will fear no evil,” because You are with me. Nothing I go through is unseen or wasted. Thank You! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
