Good afternoon , Hope you all are enjoying our Blessed Friday. Today is High Five Friday again. Please locate your closest mirror and give yourself a High Five while smiling. Then tell your Higher Power you love him and tell yourself the same. After all that go out and make it the best day you can . We have no guarantee that there will be a tomorrow, so make today the best you can. Stay present and in the moment not in the future and/or past. Right where you are today feet grounded on the floor . Come from a place of Love even with yourself. Know when to call for your Higher Power. Listen to the response from your Higher Power. Accept the resources, community, help sent to you. Be Humble. Put your Ego to the side. Do not live full of Pride but with Honor. Love your Higher Power. Love yourself, Love others. Find the lesson in your mistakes. Do not chase anyone but your Higher Power. Find and know your Worth. Shine like you were created to. Do not speak negatively about yourself. Provide yourself with Love. Do selfcare. Progress not perfection. Have a Higher Power, if you don’t have one seriously consider doing the work to locate one. Be comfortable with the uncomfortable. Nothing Grows until it is torn or injured. If you don’t Love yourself do the work to get on the road, talk to your Higher Power. Get into a Healthy Community. Have Boundaries for you. Show and receive Gratitude. Be vulnerable. Be Honest including with yourself ( can’t lie to God). Start the system to get to the goal. Take it Day by Day, Minute by Minute and stay present. You are not weak asking for help in fact it shows your strength. Don’t take things personally they rarely have anything to do with you. Turn the other cheek. Love from a far when necessary. Do not let anyone Mentally, Emotionally, Physically, Sexually abuse you. Some people are meant to be in your life for a season and then they need to be moved to the rear view mirror. Don’t spend too much time in the rear view mirror or you know what will happen. Visit the past but don’t live there. Iron sharpens Iron. You are not going to be perfect no one is other than one. You will make mistakes. You will Learn. You will grow. You will Heal. You will have pain during the process do not cover, run, hide or try to manipulate it. Thoughts come and go we choose to give them energy, if they are positive keep them if not let them go about their way. What you feel in your heart will eventually get spoken. You cant change no one but yourself with your Higher Power. You cannot fix (Honestly can’t fix anyone) anyone if they do not want to fix themselves. Believe them when people show you repeated behavior, they are telling you exactly who they are . The red flags you either didn’t want to see at the beginning or now will be the reason you leave a relationship. You cannot do the work for them! You have to do your own work no one else can for you . Nothing changes if nothing changes. It’s Not what is said its what is demonstrated. Forgive them does not mean you forget . Be Honest. Become Friends with your Higher Power. Pray. Utilize the Serenity Prayer as Life Support if need be .You are Worthy, You are Not Alone, You are More Than Enough, You Are Loved, Keep Going. Now go out and make today the best day you can. Love you all!!!

God, please help me. When I’m overwhelmed and tired, show me how to run to You. Give me the strength I need to endure whatever comes my way. Take the weight of my concerns off of me, and help me to remember that You are always near. You will always protect and support me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God, thank You for blessing me and always keeping me near You. Thank You for looking upon me with delight and love. Thank You for showing me mercy. Thank You for seeing me through every challenge and bringing me peace.

Jesus, thank You for Your life on earth. Thank You for giving us access to Your wisdom, guidance, and teachings. As Your followers go through life together, help us to encourage and remind each other of Your Word. Thank You for giving us the opportunity to worship and praise You together.

God, I thank You for Your divine direction that is available to me. I acknowledge You as the Lord of my life. Today, I will submit my directions to You. I repent for times when I have pursued my ways over your ways. I pray that You speak to me today. Show me the way to go and guide my steps. I pray that as You reveal the path ahead of me, I hear Your voice and am quick to obey You. I thank You, for who You are. You are a good father who helps me as I walk in faith. Give me divine direction so I will reach Your divine destination for my life. Lead me, guide me, and direct me as I pursue You. In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen!

Lord God, thank You for who You are. You are God in all seasons. In triumph and defeat, in illness, grief, and persecution, I know I can count on Your presence and Your provision. Thank You for sustaining me in dark times, protecting me in dangerous times, and bearing with me in seasons of doubt and fear. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Christ is the link between us and God. We no longer have to wait for another man to communicate to God on our behalf. We can come to Him ourselves, and speak to Him freely.
